1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information from you and anyone you connect with, when you interact with our products or services,when you express interest in obtaining informationabout us or our products via the contact form and this information may include:

- Health and medical information: Medical history such as previously diagnosed or managed conditions, current or previous medications, allergies, previous admissions, prescription and consultation records (if available), previous and current laboratory test results, history of surgeries, work history, family history and for the female users, obstetric and gynaecological history. For children, we collect the above as well perinatal history (events surrounding pregancy, birth and first month of life), immunisation history, nutrition history.
- Location and Usage Information: Physical location data when using our on-demand delivery services or mobile apps for easy connectivity to services as well as browser type, and usage analytics that track when and how you interact with Medufy which provide essential information on improvement or development of better or new services provided by Medufy.
