1. Information We Collect

  • Location and Usage Information: Physical location data when using our on-demand delivery services or mobile apps for easy connectivity to services as well as browser type, and usage analytics that track when and how you interact with Medufy which provide essential information on improvement or development of better or new services provided by Medufy.

We reserve the right to audit the diagnoses given by doctors, medical history added by patients, inventory maintained and offers publicised by pharmacies and laboratories, any ratings or reviews submitted on the platform, profiles of all users and orders placed to pharmacies and laboratories, as well as any such information shared through Medufy, if deemed necessary, for the sole purpose of preventing malpractice, illicit drug trade, identity theft, or any other unethical and illegal practices.
